Delivers Cloud Economies of Scale

NetScaler 9.2 provides up to a seven times increase in capacity and performance, supporting thousands of tenants and their configuration services, entities, and applications. Improvements for mixed IPv4-IPv6 environments enable smooth transition and standardization on IPv6.

Drives Next Generation Shared Services and Multi-Tenancy

New network aware policies and policy-based routing features effectively enable a multi-tenant, application-aware network by segmenting traffic by vLAN or other L2-L4 parameters. NetScaler AppExpert Templates and Visualizer simplify management, migration, monitoring, and synchronization of delivery policies.

Ensures SLAs and Protects Applications in Virtual DataCenters

Active-Active capabilities provide greater availability and network utilization while new web services and XML security capabilities protect applications from attacks and help enterprises comply with security regulations. New features include cross-site request forgery protection, XML attachment checks, entity expansion attack protection, SOAP fault filtering, WSDL scanning protection, and XPath injection protection.

Optimizes Delivery of Video, Web 2.0, and Multimedia

NetScaler 9.2 introduces 64-bit shared-memory caching. High-end NetScaler MPX platforms can provide up to 24GB of memory cache capacity, to cache large video files at the service provider edge, or to offload back-end servers. Delivery of Web 2.0 applications are optimized with new Fast XML XPath support which enables high-performance business logic routing using deep XML payload inspection.

New MPX 17500, 19500, and 21500 models provide performance for the most demanding datacenters. From cloud service providers to large enterprises, built-in Citrix nCore technology and the latest Intel® processors boost available core support to 12 and makes NetScaler MPX the fastest and most scalable application delivery appliances available.

Scalable application layer throughput to 50Gbps

Purpose-built hardware platforms provide up to 50 Gbps of Layer 7 traffic capacity. Pay-as-you-grow eliminates over-provisioning, letting you start with the 20 Gbps model and upgrade software licenses as needs grow.

Full concurrent feature support

The new platforms support every function simultaneously, with no limits. The integrated application firewall includes network access control and data leakage prevention for 12 Gbps of secure traffic, as well as an SSL VPN that supports over 200,000 transactions per second with throughput of 11.5 Gbps. Compression, caching, load balancing, and content switching are included.

Carrier-class connectivity and the best intelligent traffic management available

For high TCP and HTTP capacity, MPX 21500 includes surge queue and priority queueing and provides over 50 million concurrent TCP connections, twice that of competitors. Incoming TCP connections and HTTP requests per second exceed four million, up to three times competitive alternatives.

Reduces space, power, and complexity for lower total cost of ownership

New NetScaler platforms are provided in a compact 2U form factor, saving up to 70 percent on space compared to chassis solutions and power consumption is under 650 Watts to deliver power and cooling savings. With a single-appliance design and GUI-based administration tool, installation is quick and IT expenses are reduced.
